End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Zodiac for the use of the Zodiac mobile application. Please read this agreement carefully before downloading or using the App. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.1 License Grant

You are granted a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to install and use the App.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • •Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
  • •Use the App for commercial purposes without permission.
  • •Harass other users or circumvent blocking features.
  • •Use the App for dating, romantic, or sexual solicitation — Zodiac is a platonic people-meeting service.

3.3 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

There is NO tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Zodiac. By using the App you agree that you will not create, upload, post, or transmit content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that impersonates another person, and that you will not abuse, harass, or endanger any other user.

  • •Report: every profile, message, and community post can be reported from within the App.
  • •Block: you can block any user at any time; blocked users can no longer reach you or be introduced to you.
  • •Review: we review reported content and act on it within 24 hours.
  • •Removal: objectionable content is removed and the users who post it are ejected — accounts are terminated immediately and without refund for serious violations.

3.4 User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit — profile photos, bio, interests, community posts, and messages — and you warrant that you own it or have the right to share it. You retain ownership; you grant us a licence to host and display it only as needed to operate the Service. We may remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

3.5 AI-Generated Readings

The App generates astrological interpretations, compatibility reports, and 'what you have in common' readings using AI. This content is automated and provided for entertainment only. It may be inaccurate, and it is not a statement of fact about you or any other person. Do not rely on it for decisions.

3.6 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, particularly regarding the Zero Tolerance Policy in section 3.3. Serious violations result in immediate termination without notice; for other breaches we will give 30 days' notice unless there is an immediate risk to users. You may appeal a termination by emailing contact@tryzodiac.app within 7 days.
